The Bampton Vision
Our Vision of ‘Curiosity, Courage and Compassion make us Inspiring Changemakers’ was born through consultation with children, staff, parents and governors.
We wanted to encapsulate what is so great about Bampton pupils whilst being connected to our wider MAT community.
Our Values of Believe, Belong, Become were identified at Bampton and adopted across all schools in Alumnis.
The Virtues that support our values and our vision relate to how our children learn to develop their characters to become confident, competent and valuable members of their community. We currently work on 27 character virtues through a rolling programme related to our Collective Worship, Long Term Curriculum Plan and our Enrichment programme. The children can identify their strengths and areas for development and are able to demonstrate these in their daily interactions. These virtues are recognised in our Inspiring Changemaker awards at the end of the year.
